Welcome to Ez Pz Pops n Comics. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Condition of Collectibles
Grading: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of the condition of all Funko Pops and comic books. However, "mint condition" is subjective.
Photos: Product photos are for illustrative purposes. For high-value items, we provide photos of the actual item you will receive.
Manufacturing Defects: We are not responsible for minor paint flaws or "shelf wear" on packaging provided by the manufacturer.
2. Shipping and Returns
Packaging: We understand the importance of box integrity. We promise to pack all items securely (using bubble wrap/protectors where noted).
Damages: We are not liable for damages caused by the carrier during transit. We recommend choosing shipping options that include insurance for high-value orders.
Returns: Due to the fluctuating market value of collectibles, all sales are final unless an item is incorrectly described or the wrong item is sent.
3. User Behavior and Accounts
Account Termination: We reserve the right to disable user accounts or cancel orders at our discretion, especially in cases of suspected fraud or "bot" activity for limited drops.
Prohibited Conduct: Users are forbidden from using our site for unlawful behavior, hate speech, spamming, or attempting to compromise website security.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including logos, text, and custom graphics, is the property of Ez Pz Pops n Comics. You may not use our branding for commercial purposes without written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
Ez Pz Pops n Comics is not responsible for website downtime or typographical errors regarding pricing or inventory. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Refund & Return Policy

Because the value of Funko Pops and comics can fluctuate and condition is highly sensitive, we have a specific return policy to protect both the collector and the shop.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of the collectibles market, we generally do not accept returns for "buyer's remorse" or slight manufacturer variances (e.g., minor paint flaws on a Funko Pop).
Exceptions (The "Ez Pz" Guarantee)
We will offer a full refund or exchange if:
The wrong item was sent: We sent you a Common when you ordered a Chase, or a different comic issue entirely.
Major Misrepresentation: The item received is in a significantly worse condition than described or shown in the specific listing photos.
Damages in Transit
We take pride in our "over-engineered" packaging to ensure your items arrive safe.
If a package arrives crushed by the carrier, please take photos of the unopened box and the damaged item immediately.
Claims for shipping damage must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Start a Return
If you have an issue, email us with your order number and photos of the item. Approved returns must be shipped back in the same protective packaging (pop protectors, Gemini mailers, etc.) they arrived in.
